Since December, we have been blessed with fantastic weather and a ton of activities... including a 10-day visit from my parents! Here are some of the things we have been up to lately:
Mamaw and Papaw Northenor introduced us to a new game: Candy Crush! Since then, we have successfully gotten up to level 77 :) It is a great time for the whole family...
Even Andy has gotten into it! The boys are "helping" him :)
We got to watch the birth of a sheep at our friend's house. The DeMond's named her "Ginger". What a neat experience!
We made it to the annual County Fair in March! See if you can catch Noah and Elena as they spin on the Himalaya ride...
Elena and Noah are getting so big, aren't they?!
Gabe was a big fan of the fun houses at the fair. I think he went on about 10 ;)
Gabe in another fun house
Here's Andy, watching Gabe make himself sick on the spinning ride. Gabe has my tendency for motion sickness!
It felt like 90 degrees in the sun that day! We all needed some lemonade.
Noah on the ship ride
The fam decided to play a small game of softball one sunny afternoon.
Annalee and Marti, our Polish/Silkie mix hen
Gabe, king of the yard!
Roy and Boomer got some chaperoned play time :)
The kids love to make borax crystals. They put a granite rock in the container this time, and it turned out beautifully!
Annalee got a chicken hat from our good friend Stacey... she wears it in hot weather, too!
Here's a Sandhill Crane! They stand about 4 ft tall and sound like geese when they're flying. This is at the end of our driveway.
Roller skating fun! This is the kids favorite place to go for fun!
