We have had some amazing weather lately! Last week was busy, and we stayed outdoors as often as we could. Our annual strawberry picking field trip with the homeschool group was the best yet! C & L Farms, in Alva, Fl had some beauties for us to pick. We also got a tour of the other fields before the picking even began. I picked up enough stuff to put away 6 quarts of fermented salsa! Yum.

The kids have been swimming already! I think they are ready for summer to begin, but I am still enjoying spring :)
I kept waiting for someone to complain about the cold water, but it never happened! Here's Noah in a rare picture of him facing the camera :)
Gabe and Annalee would swim if their were ice chunks in the water :) They are little fish!

This picture is for my mom :) The blue heron and wood stork were never around when she had her camera ready... I got this shot a couple days ago, just before he flew off.

Elena and Annalee helped me chop onions for some homemade salsa last week :) They were afraid their eyes would burn, so they put their swimming goggles to use in the kitchen!
